Die Agile Mittwochs-Mittagspause findet einmal pro Quartal an einem Mittwoch zwischen 12 und 13 Uhr statt. Es ist eine kostenlose online Veranstaltung.
Neben dem Hauptthema (z.B. einem Talk, einem Spiel oder einer Diskussion) gibt es Zeit und Raum für eine persönliche Vorstellung und einen kurzen Austausch sowie für eine Feedbackrunde.
The #AgileMM (Agile Mittwochs-Mittagspause, which stands for “Agile Wednesday Lunch Break”) takes place once per quarter on a Wednesday between 12:00 and 13:00. It is a free online event.
In addition to the main topic (e.g. a talk, a game, or a discussion), there is time and space for personal introductions, a brief exchange, and a feedback round.

Making Continuous Change Work
How Leaders Use Liminal Spaces to Enable Real Adaptation
Change is no longer a series of transformation initiatives. It has become a permanent condition.
Many organizations respond with concepts like agility or the learning organization. While compelling in theory, these models often collapse in practice. They describe ideal future states that ignore the realities of power, routines, and everyday operational pressure.
Leaders therefore face a different challenge: not how to transform the entire organization at once, but how to enable continuous adaptation within existing structures.
In this talk, we introduce the concept of “liminal spaces”—deliberately designed zones where usual rules are temporarily suspended. These spaces allow experimentation, learning, and change to emerge without destabilizing the whole organization.
Using a real-world example from the automotive industry, we show how leaders can create and use such spaces to make adaptation work - beyond buzzwords and transformation hype.
